Application
Returning Students re-apply to their "School of Record". You may need to physically visit the primary college for Assessment Testing and other student services.
Apply ONLINE to Irvine Valley College.
OR
Apply ONLINE to Saddleback College.
- Fully complete the application for admission.
- Ensure your email address is correct.
- Keep a record of the PIN you select.
- Print the Confirmation Page for your records.
- A permit to register will be sent via email within 48 hours.
After submitting your application, you will receive an email from the college with your student ID and registration information. For technical help with your online application, please call XAP Corp. Technical Support at 800-468-6927.
Matriculation
You may then need to make an appointment at the college you applied, for Assessment testing. You can find more information on Matriculation requirements and assessments, at the following websites;

Matriculation The process consists of assessment, orientation, advisement and follow-up. Students MUST complete entire process:
- Assessment includes testing to determine current levels of proficiency
- Orientation sessions provides students information about the colleges
- Counseling/advisement sessions help students determine their educational plans
- Follow-up monitors student progress.
Returning Students Registration Process
- After application has been processed a Permit to Register will be issued via email.
- Assigned registration dates may be viewed at the District's MySite page.
- Internet Registration is available every day from 6 am to 11 pm.
- In-person Registration begins the first week of classes. You must show a photo I.D.
- Login to the MySite web portal, to register for classes,
or select the courses from the ATEP class schedule.
