The Advanced Technology & Education Park (ATEP) offers a variety of high tech workforce training such as lean manufacturing, Solidworks, LabVIEW, AutoCAD, MasterCAM, optics, photonics, fiber optics, light and lasers, lean office administration, and environmental design and compliance. We also offer customized training upon request to suit the needs of your workforce. Part of our charter is to provide fee-based, short-term training solutions that help get people back to work. Training can be held at ATEP or at your site.

Workforce Development Instructors Needed
ATEP Economic & Workforce Development is looking for part-time instructors to help design and facilitate short workforce training sessions. The sessions will be tailored to address local industry needs and may vary in length. Sessions may be facilitated in daytime or evening hours at the ATEP campus or at company sites in and around the Orange County area.
Subjects include:
- LabVIEW basic, intermediate and advanced
- Machine technology (HAAS mills and lathes)
- Fiber optics systems installation and repair
- Solar photovoltaic systems
- Sustainable design
- LEED certification
- Automation design and integration
- Electro-pneumatics
- Electro-hydraulics
- Relay logic and controls
- PLC programming and trouble shooting
